Product works great as a moisture retention, but tends to dull down the flavor of the seasonings in my sausage
I grew up down southeast Texas close to Louisiana and we always had a lot of this seasoning always had a lot of this seasoning sausage for our gumbo’s, etc
A really nice flavor
Really nice smooth flavor not too hot overbearing just right
