This stuffer features a bold red-and-black powder-coated finish over heavy-gauge steel bar stock for unmatched strength and a confident retro look. Designed for safer handling, easier mounting, and better control, this is a serious tool for serious sausage makers, available in a 5 lb Capacity and a larger 15 lb Capacity package. We're confident you will immediately notice not just the color-popping look but also the tight tolerances we use for the gears, handle, and every bend and weld of the product. We put a lot of effort and development into this new production, and it was done with care, quality, and product life in mind.

Built to perform for decades, it includes precision-cut steel gears, a double-threaded steel piston-rod for steady stuffing pressure, and a pressure release valve to help reduce air pockets in your final product. The upright cylinder locks in tight. Just set it back until the cylinder hits the supports front-to-back and side-to-side. This prevents shifting during operation by aligning cleanly with the piston, reducing O-ring wear and ensuring an even flow of meat into your casings.
