Built from 304-grade stainless steel and fully insulated for consistent heat retention, this gas upright smoker holds up to 150 lbs of meat—ideal for hanging large cuts, sausage, jerky, brisket, turkey, fish, and more. Built in the USA, our 150 lb. Natural Gas Smoker is crafted with 304-grade food-safe stainless steel, inside and out. The walls are fully insulated and reinforced to prevent sagging and maintain a consistent internal temperature—ideal for large-scale meat smoking operations.

Designed for Heavy-Duty Smoking Capacity

This gas vertical smoker includes 10 interior brackets and 6 stainless steel V-sticks, allowing you to hang a wide variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, jerky, turkey, and ribs. With a generous internal chamber (68.5” H x 35.75” W x 36” D), it’s built to hold up to 150 lbs. of meat, making it the best natural gas smoker for serious professionals and commercial kitchens.

Precision Controls & Safe Operation

Equipped with a thermostat control system with +/-5°F accuracy and a 2.5" dial thermometer, this gas upright smoker lets you fine-tune every cook. A titanium gas burner delivers 31,000 BTUs, while the electronic ignition ensures fast, safe starts.

Easy Setup & Clean Design

The adjustable stainless steel legs help the smoker fit your space perfectly. The side-mounted smoke generator runs for up to 3 hours per sawdust load, and the blower system ensures optimal airflow. A heating element helps ignite sawdust for a clean smoke every time. For use with LP or Natural Gas (please specify when ordering)
