The Stars, Stripes & Smoke Giveaway is sponsored by The Sausage Maker, 1500 Clinton St., Bldg 140, Buffalo, NY 14206.

This giveaway is administered by the Sponsor using the KingSumo platform. KingSumo is not the sponsor of this giveaway.

  1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

  1. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

To enter, visit the official giveaway page and complete the online entry form by providing the required information.

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one primary entry per person and per email address.

  1. Bonus Entries

Entrants may earn additional bonus entries by completing optional actions listed on the giveaway page. Bonus actions may include:

Referral bonus entries are awarded only when a referred friend enters the giveaway through the entrant’s unique referral link.

Bonus actions are optional. No purchase is required for any bonus action.

Sponsor reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or disqualify any entry or bonus entry that appears fraudulent, automated, incomplete, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with these Official Rules.

  1. Prize

One winner will receive a 30 lb. Patriot Eagle Digital Smoker from The Sausage Maker.

Approximate Retail Value: $1,794.

Prize includes standard shipping to one eligible address in the contiguous United States or District of Columbia.

Prize does not include installation, assembly assistance, accessories, ingredients, supplies, taxes, insurance, or any other expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except by Sponsor. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or otherwise cannot be awarded as described, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or fulfill the prize when available.

  1. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about July 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time by Sausage Maker or through the KingSumo winner selection system.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

  1. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within five calendar days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete the required documentation, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably required to award the prize.

  1. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

The sponsor may require the winner to provide tax information before awarding the prize.

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, submitted statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway.

Automated entries, bulk entries, entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant are void.

  1. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, KingSumo, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, damaged, or corrupted entries, or for technical, hardware, software, network, internet, website, platform, or email failures that may limit or interfere with participation.

  1. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, KingSumo, or any other social media platform.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or KingSumo.

  1. YouTube Notice

If YouTube is used to promote or communicate this giveaway, entrants must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Entries or activities that violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines may be disqualified.

YouTube is not a sponsor of this giveaway and is released from any liability related to the giveaway.

  1. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and comply with legal or tax requirements.

Entrants may be given the option to consent to receive marketing emails from The Sausage Maker. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Sausage Maker’s privacy policy.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by law.
