gear box is junk

These mixers are junk. Gears broke on two different mixers after the first use. They offer no replacement gears. Customer service sucks. Contacted 6 times trying to find replacement gears and was told they would check and get back to me. Never called back. When contacted was told they were busy. Don’t waste your money

The mixer is great. BUT I keep getting notifications that my product has been shipped and it arrived days ago. You all have some wires crossed in your notification system.

All in all... great product, quick delivery considering I bought between Christmas and new years. The only downfall is annoying emails that appear daily.

All in all its a nice unit. i used it to mix over 400 lbs of meat so far.It might hold 50 lbs , but i wound mix more than 30 lb at a time

Works well. I mixed 30 lb of meat my first time. I think I will keep it at that so the spices mix well. I occasionally had to reverse the cranking to knock the meat off the ends. I rubbed the inside with vegetable oil so the meat didn’t stick to the BRUSHED stainless steel tub. It should have been polished stainless. All in all great product and price.
