Regency Patty Papers are dry wax treated for moisture resistance and easy release. They prevent meat patties from sticking or freezing together, eliminating the frustration of having to pry meat apart.
Use to interleave sliced fresh meat and cheese to keep them separate and east to serve. Also great for cold-cuts, cheese, freezing steaks, tofu blocks, fudge, cookies, caramel apples and more.
