High Temp Cheese 3-Pack — Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, 1 lb. Each

This High Temp Cheese 3-Pack comes with 1 lb. each of cheddar, pepper jack and mozzarella. High temp cheese is made with a 400°F melting point, so it holds its shape through the smokehouse instead of melting out the way ordinary cheese does. The 1/4" dice suits everything from big bologna to snack sticks and burger patties, and it's ideal for summer sausage, cheese franks and brats.

Also available as a 5 lb. 3-pack of the same three cheeses, or individually in bleu and swiss.

Usage

For best results use 5–10% cheese to ground meat, or 0.5 to 1 lb. of cheese per 10 lbs. of meat.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Freezing is not recommended. High temp cheese has a stable shelf life and won't spoil if refrigerated for short periods.

Shipping

During the warmer months of the year we ship cheese on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders placed later in the week go out the following Monday or Tuesday.
