This is the same burner assembly we use for our commercial quality 100 lb. Capacity Gas Smokehouses with great success for over 30 years. The inside dimensions of that smoker are 30 3/4"W x 26D x 68"H totaling 31.5 cubic feet. We recommend using it for this size only, we are not responsible for their usage on smaller or larger dimensions. Low voltage AGA (American Gas Association) approved. 31,300 BTU output. Shipped unassembled.
