I like the selection. I have only tried the hot stick package. I used sausage. The flavor is good but not very hot. I will use beef next time and try the uncle abe spice mix. So far satisfied with the product.

The grind of the meat you said 3/8 to course, and the cook cycle it took 10 hrs to reach temp, ended up with shriveled junk wasted 40 bucks
