Description
Our 36" Ham Bag Stockinettes are made of durable, stretchable cotton and are ideal for holding meats securely during smoking, cooking, and processing. They work especially well for hams, bacon, pork butts, and other large cuts of meat.
These stockinettes also make an excellent poultry net for whole chickens, turkeys, ducks, and other poultry. The stretchable cotton helps hold the bird together while allowing smoke and heat to circulate around the meat, making them a convenient option for hanging poultry in a smoker or smokehouse.
