they worked, but did have holes/tears in almost every other casing
maybe 1-2 holes per 3' which if you are feeding well only results on a small protrusion of filling
sizing was mostly uniform while tending to the smaller end
i have used better for similar pricing
but if you know what you are doing they will work with only a few blowouts.
Love this product just as I do the brother to this one which is EcoCure#1. Just did an EQ cure on a fresh coppa muscle to make a fennel Capocollo and the color of the cured piece was amazing.
Just what was needed to make my sausage dogs smoke perfectly. Made removal of air pockets in casings easy.
