#10/12 Stainless Steel Grinder Plate Assortment

Do not patronize this company. On November 1, 2022 I ordered the #10/12 Stainless Steel Grinder Plate Assortment. The plates did not fit my grinder, so I called Sausage Maker to initiate a return. After about 30 minutes on the phone, I finally got the company to consent to a return. UPS picked up the plates on November 9, 2022 and they were delivered to Sausage Maker in Buffalo, NY on November 16, 2022. As of February 17, 2023, I still have not received a credit on my credit card, even though I contacted the company about a month ago about their delay. I will never order from this company again. Customer service is terrible.

Well made set. Want to thank Sausage Maker for their excellent customer service. One of the plates sent was carbon steel instead of the stainless that I had ordered. I reported it and was promptly sent the correct stainless plate, no charge no hassle. That is great customer service.
