Just made 5 lb of brats over the weekend and everyone enjoyed them out of all I got less than a couple left the taste and flavor was great
fast service -that all i can say for now.It is a spare one for my new smoker.
These collagen casings are great for making my snack sticks. They are easy to use and hold up to hanging on dowel rods in my smoker. The texture of the casing is excellent after they are smoked.
I have a hard time finding small dry chips for my Drevos Smoke Generator. I mix this sawdust into smallHickory chips to make a great blend. Burns super clean and generates nice smoke.
I use this product at .7% in all my Specialty Sausages and Salami’s. You can taste the difference with or without.
Too early to share results but everything performed as expected in the wrapping process. Results in about a month.
Extremely well engineered all stainless construction with extremely tight tolerances. This should cost 4X what TSM is charging. Perfect grab and go grill for the beach or to grill up test batches of sausages. Maiden voyage for me was a jerk chicken dinner sausagewith some friends and itcooks great!

I use this butchers twine all of the time, it ties well and a good product.
Love being able to cut these to the exact length I need for either the top or bottom of my curing chamber.
Your casings are great but the last order they were all single together had a hard time gettingall single together had a hard time getting them apart wasn’t very happy

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the Homepack. However, there may have been a misunderstanding with how they are packaged. They are normally tied in a large knot in the middle intentionally, so that during regular handling, shipping/transit...etc. the strands do not get individually tied/knotted together. This knot is un-done and the strands are loosened to much longer, free moving strands. We'd like to send you a complimentary Homepack and if you could let us know your experience with a fresh one?

I use a lot of ground mustard and many other spices from TSM. They all are of high quality and recommend it to anyone that enjoys making sausage and cooking in general.
SAWDUST IS BETWEEN THE SIZE OF GRITS AND OATMEAL. TAKES VERY LITTLE WATER TO DAMPEN AND ADDS A GOOD SMUG TO THE SMOKER AND GOOD HICKORY FLAVOR TO MEAT.
