The Sausage Maker’s own Mild Italian Sausage Seasoning is a tasty blend of spices that make an authentically delicious Italian Sausage with minimal heat/spiciness.
Our Italian mild sausage seasoning is a mixture of salt, paprika, fennel, pepper, and other spices. Customers also use the seasoning in meatloaf, red sauces, roasted vegetables, dry rubs, and marinades.
The seasoning is mixed without the chemical use of silicone dioxide, an anticaking agent. If the seasoning cakes up, it is not spoiled. Simply shake the container or crush it with your hand to loosen it.

5oz comes pre-blended, it saves you the time and effort of mixing the ingredients themselves. No additional salt is needed. Store in a cool dry space.

10 lbs. Recipe
- 10 lbs. boneless pork butts or 7 lbs. Venison & 3 lbs. fatty pork butt
- 1 pint ice water
- 4.5 oz. Mild Italian Sausage Seasoning
Grind all meat through a 3/16″ grinder plate. The venison is ground through a 1/4″ or 3/8″ grinder plate. Combine seasoning with water and mix thoroughly into the meat until evenly distributed. Stuff into a 32-35 mm hog casings or a 32 mm fresh collagen casing.
Allergens: Soybean oil is used as a mixing aid.
