First time ordering and the soy consentrate was as described and arrived in a timely manner.
Never received my casings, after3 different emails to try to get my money back these S bags have totally ghosted me!! I will never order anything from this company again!!
Seems like a fine product. I haven't put it to a true test - which is having my inattentive friends use it.
I was disappointed to see that it is made in China though. The USA made model has been sold out for months.
