Got the 2 shelfs to go with the new 50# smoker which I haven't received yet. I already have your 50# smoker which I bought months ago. It worked so good that I want another one. I did polish and summer sausage which was excellent!
These are fantastic. I have been using these for 3 years and had Capocollo, Lomo, Lonza Pancetta and Bresaola come out absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them and The Sausage Maker is the only company I do business with. They stand behind their product and equipment.
I prefer this size for dried sausage. Casing strong enough to tie and hang with less breakage
