First time mixing cheese into my sausage, what a game changer! These turned out way better than I anticipated and I am very happy with the results!
This is excellent. I wanted to upgrade from using my kitchenaid as a sausage stuffer and I cannot believe I didn't do this sooner! Not to mention this kit has everything in it and more. I've used it twice so far and it has worked great!
I do not know if it is good or not because it did not arrive in the time it was supposed to so I made the sausage without the cheese. I put it in the freezer. I hope it is ok next year
